- Universal Boschi Oxygen Nitrogen Gas Plants of different capacities ranging from 50 m³/hour to 2‚000 m³/hour.

Our oxygen gas plant is based on the process of Linde & Claude, developed in 1930s, which has been improved many times. Atmospheric air is taken inside the inlet of air separation plant which is then compressed. Now, the air is directed into a cleanup system where impurities like moisture, hydrocarbons, carbon dioxide, etc. The air is passed through heat exchangers where it is cooled to extremely low temperatures. Here, the air is entered into a high pressure distillation column where oxygen is separated from nitrogen and other gases. It is further distilled to commercial specifications in the low pressure distillation column.

Working process of oxygen plant machine Oxygen plant machine is able to generate high purity oxygen through liquefaction of atmospheric air in the air separation unit (ASU). Atmospheric air is compressed after being let into the air separation unit which is subsequently passed into a cleanup system where impurities like carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons, and moisture are removed. Then, the process air is passed into a heat exchanger where it is cooled to extreme low temperatures. Here, the air is taken into a high pressure distillation column where oxygen gets deposited at the top of the column in vaporous form. Oxygen is further is distilled in the low pressures to commercial specifications.

Working principle of oxygen plant Oxygen plant works through cryogenic air separation which takes atmospheric through the inlet of the air separation unit. After being compressed, the process air is sent into the molecular sieve system where it is cleaned off impurities such as hydrocarbons, moisture and carbon dioxide. On being passed through the heat exchangers, the air is cooled to cryogenic temperatures. Now, the air is passed through high pressure distillation column where oxygen is separated from other gases like nitrogen. A liquid form of oxygen is formed at the top of the column. Oxygen so formed is put into a low pressure distillation column where it is distilled to specified purity.
