- We are manufacturing and supplying the machines manufactured at our well equipped facilities in New Delhi, India. Each manufacturing process is supervised by professionals in order to make sure professional assembly.
- The packaging and shipping professionals make sure firm packaging and timely delivery of the machines. Once a machine reaches the destination, we send an engineer to commission, erection, install and run the system. After giving training to the operator, the engineer leaves client site.

Description:
- Liquid oxygen(LOX) is a cryogenic liquid, which is defined as a liquefied gas with boiling point below –130°F(–90°C). LOX has a boiling point of –297°F (–183°C). The liquefied gas has numerous industrial and medical applications. We have been manufacturing and supplying liquid oxygen for over 40 years in over 60 countries. Well-known applications of oxygen are related to its ability to maintain life and oxidization. No denying oxygen is liquefied so that it could be more efficiently transported and stored in large volumes. It is widely used in health and medical applications. LOX is also used for oxidizing liquid fuels in the propellant systems of rockets. Manufacturing and fabrication of LOX plants is done with cryogenic air separation process which is considered the most efficient for making LOX.

Description:
- We manufacture and supply high purity liquid nitrogen production plants that are cost-effective, reliable and of high quality. Our on-site nitrogen solution uses cryogenic separation cycle that is the most advanced and efficient for air separation and nitrogen purification. We have innovated the cryogenic nitrogen system for generation of nitrogen with purity up to 99.99%. Power consumption to operate is very economical. Being fitted with advanced control features, the system can also run unattended. In case there is some trouble in its functioning, one can run remote diagnostic monitoring and troubleshooting. - During cryogenic air separation, our plant starts with filtering, compressing, and cooling of atmospheric air. The compressed air is cooled and water vapors are condensed and removed. Afterwards, the air is again cooled through a mechanical refrigeration system. This aids in eliminating additional water vapor by condensation lowering the load on molecular sieve pre-purification system. Now, the impurities are to be removed water vapor and carbon dioxide. It is imperative to remove the purities before the air enters cryogenic distillation column as impurities could freeze at cryogenic temperatures and get deposited on the surfaces within the column. Molecular sieves are used for purification they also help in high nitrogen recovery. On being run through heat exchangers the air is cooled to cryogenic temperatures. Then, the air is moved through high pressure distillation where nitrogen is separated from oxygen and other gases. .
- Finally, nitrogen is distilled to commercial specifications in the low pressure distillation column. We use only the best quality materials and components in our manufacturing.
