Working principle of cryogenic nitrogen plant Nitrogen is produced through the liquefaction and separation of air in the air separation unit (ASU). The air is compressed & then moved into the cleanup system where impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and moisture removed. The air so purified is cooled to cryogenic temperatures in the heat exchangers. Now, the air is put into a high pressure distillation column separating nitrogen from oxygen and other gases. Nitrogen is formed at the bottom of the column. It is collected and moved to the low pressure distillation column where it is further distilled to meet specifications of clients.

Cryogenic technology is considered the most efficient for generating nitrogen. The process starts with taking atmospheric air into the air separation unit, which is then compressed. Then, the air is moved into the molecular sieve system where impurities like carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and moisture. Then, the air is taken into the heat exchangers where the air is cooled to cryogenic temperatures. The liquefied air is moved to the high pressure distillation column where nitrogen is physically separated from oxygen, argon and other gases. Now, nitrogen is moved to the low pressure distillation column where it is distilled further to meet commercial purity.

Working principle of nitrogen plant Our nitrogen plant starts with taking atmospheric air through an inlet into the air separation unit (ASU). After the air is cleaned, it is run through the heat exchangers cooling it to cryogenic temperatures. The liquefied air is moved to the high pressure distillation column where nitrogen is physically separated from oxygen, argon and other gases. It is further distilled in the low pressure distillation column meeting commercial specifications. Applications

Working process of nitrogen gas plant Our nitrogen gas plant is able to produce unlimited nitrogen through liquefaction and separation of gases in the air separation unit (ASU). Firstly, atmospheric air is let into the air separation unit where it is compressed. Thereafter, the air is directed into molecular sieves for removal of impurities such as carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and moisture. Afterwards, the air is passed through heat exchangers cooling it to extremely low temperatures. Next, the air reaches high pressure distillation column where nitrogen is separated from oxygen and other gases with nitrogen forming at the bottom of the column. It is further distilled to meet commercial specifications.

It is cost-effective and is an ideal option for small to medium scale enterprises. The plants have the capacity to generate nitrogen with purity up to 95%. In line with our high standards, Our PSA plants are reliable, efficient and cost-effective. We offer PSA units in capacities ranging from 20 to 2000m3/hour. For higher capacities we customize using multiple PSA units. The plants work with pressure in the range of 150-200bar.
